Während ich mich mit #emacs #orgmode beschäftigt habe, obwohl ich #English als Muttersprache spreche (Geist nicht das ich schreiben kann) war ich überrascht das meine Notizen in Deutsch entstanden.

Ich denke English, Träume English, alles. Das ist spannend gerade.

Bin ich jetzt nach 46 Jahren integriert? Habe ich das letzte Upgrade freigeschaltet?

@quoidian Hi, its is all in English. I think in english all. But dunno why I wrote all to keep in german 😂

I want to learn spanish, maybe I need to adapt this method

I'm hoping to go to St Pierre et Miquelon this (if my expired passport is re-issued) summer to regain lost French. I'm told that immersion somewhere where only the language to-be-learned is used is the best way.

@quoidian yeah, Intried Italian , and used it. I can order stuff and understand the cashier and littel questions. But not enough for smalltalk

Until I was seven, I lived in an Italian district of post-war inner-city Toronto and traded informal language lessons with my friends and their parents. Became reasonably accent-free.
We moved away to an English suburb, and lost my second childhood language from non-use.
