My new gloves for walking Benson: xsmall work gloves.
I love them! While the red Italian leather gloves were chic, Benson soon made quick work of them because of him literally nipping the fingers giving him treats.
These still protect my hands from the leash, help my grip, are flexible, and are essential with the 💩 pickup. Also more cost effective.
They also make me feel I can throw a hammer at someone if necessary.

@DeliaChristina Legit! I used to volunteer backstage in live theatre doing flight work (attaching harnesses to people and pulling a rope to make them soar into the air) and these kinds of gloves were a must have.
Also-- football quarterback gloves. Super light. Super grippy. Essential for heavier lifts because the rope absolutely will not slip through your hands. Almost feels like leather, but much more flexible. Might be worth a look if these are too hot for the summer. That rubber is nice, but it'll make you sweat like crazy.
