I've decided to make a secret thing (will be on video soon) using some vintage technology, and got the brilliant idea to pcb mill it

Uhh single sided layout is a nightmare

@apalrd
Is this a internet?
@EndlessMason well it speaks IPv6, so I guess that counts right?
@apalrd exponentially more tubes

@apalrd drc is not happy with u, also, were you limited by raw copper clad size or why are the components on the middle board so... quirky

Looks cool otherwise

Edit: ground plane might save you some milling time

@wertzu1 I'm limited by the footprint size not being larger than the 6 tubes, so it fits in the enclosure. I could move components to the esp board from the power board, but wanted to keep the boost converter and high side driver circuits compact and the current loop in the boost converter small.

drc is very unhappy yes, but I did go through all of the errors and confirm they will be fine. Most of the errors are silk screen or clearances around round parts. I'm using very large traces (mostly 0.5mm, some 0.35mm and 1mm) due to tolerances of the mill, and set the drc clearance rather high but also know if anything is too small the mill will remove it. A few are holes too small - many part library holes are 0.75mm and my drill is 0.8mm.

@apalrd NTP Nixie Tube Clock?
@mtz_federico very close but not exact!
