@jenzi ps All this being said, I'm not a good person to consult regarding money, but I do believe this one decision saved my life physically and emotionally.
@MargaretSefton I'm just at a crossroads, I need to get things fixed here but the house is in really good shape. I just don't want to be take, though don't think I have the savings to wait out a sale -- you at least gave me a side to consider.
