The #C64Ultimate overlaps some of the features you get from #MeatLoaf and #FujiNet (load stuff from SD card or network). This probably explains why I kinda forgot having gotten one before my C64U. Tried it today for the first time, with the FujiNet firmware.

Still in beta on Commodore devices, the image isn’t an option in the flasher app but you can get it from the releases.

I am mostly interested in the apps that talk to each other over various platforms. A bit lost right now :-)
And Yes a meatloaf : / Fujinet device is extremely simple to build . It’s literally 6 cables to solder to the proper IEC cable. Anyway I was lazy and order a readymade from from from (I forgot the name…) and just flashed the latest 5.2 firmware today.
@santi I recently built a #MeatLoaf and it worked with regards to remote loading. No luck with the FujiNet functionality though ... (using an ESP32 NodeMCU)
@Wintermute_BBS I must say the whole thing left me a bit confused. Not sure if there is a fujinet lobby on the C64 yet.

Maybe I should start with Atari (emulated) as this is the original thing and understand the differences in the C64 (IEC) build.
