Francis (is looking for work)I have just gotten word that Jehovah's Witnesses have made a major amendment to their doctrines. They are now allowed to accept blood transfusions as long as it's their own blood, i.e. blood they extracted/donated at an earlier date that they now use for reinfusion.
This is such a painful change. Decades of people dying from not allowing themselves to receive life-saving medical procedures because they believe it's a sin. And now, it was all man-made apparently.
