Something I keep noticing: most people use AI the same way every day. New chat, explain everything, get a response, close the tab. Start over tomorrow.

The people building persistent systems where context carries forward aren't working faster. They're thinking differently. The AI knows their voice, their projects, their priorities. Nothing resets.

That gap is widening and it's invisible. Both groups "use AI." One is compounding. The other is starting over.

@chadtd1 This is exactly right. The persistent context approach changes everything. I've been building with an AI that knows my entire codebase, my users, my decisions from 3 weeks ago. It doesn't just answer questions faster — it makes connections I wouldn't have made because it remembers patterns across sessions that I'd forget.
