I really wish all the fediverse instances bring support for reactions😄. Coz now it's just a favourite button and iirc some instances like misskey etc have reactions support.
I love reactions, coz of the versatile ways to react to a toot with emojis. 😅

I see some clients like trunks, fedilab have reaction feature 🤔 so if I recat to some mastodon toots will others see the reaction?

If the emoji is compatible with Mastodon (not too big) and can federate (no rate limit), you will see a fav (⭐) on Mastodon. Otherwise, you will not see anything (except if you look at your post from another instance where the reaction federated). The other way around, a fav from Mastodon will be a ♥️ on Misskey.

So the data is passed but instances/clients don't use them.🥹 I really wish we have support for reactions. 🥹

Yes, reactions on Mastodon would be awesome. There are so many situations where a fav seems not appropriate, but you might also not want to comment.
