@Frost_Farm It's a balance, certainly. Filters and lists help me avoid getting overwhelmed by distressful subjects. I can go whole days without seeing posts about Trump, spiders and Linux. And Sunday is my favourite day to faff about in the Fediverse. Lots of SilentSunday loveliness and people chatting about their day in the garden, or doing a Park Run, or hanging out doing nothing or something nice.
