Exclusive: War in the Middle East is draining the global carbon budget faster than 84 countries combined

@davidho the plants r loving it
@davidho The coming economic recession will lead to a drastic drop in CO₂ emissions, just as the COVID-19 pandemic did. But at a very high social cost sadly.
@davidho
Und dann sind da ja noch einige weitere Kriege aktiv. Und irgendwann wird wieder aufgebaut. Erneut CO2.
Also erzählt mir nix vom Pferd.
@davidho I am not afraid, I have my paper straw!!

@davidho The wannabe autocrat doesn’t give a shit he knows he has only a few years left.

Everyone younger than that should be furious! I know I am.

@davidho

And he entire US government are traitors, what's new.

How much CO2 is emitted between Ukraine and Russia for how many years?

What about the unfounded war lasting 20 years.
All of these wars are-were unfounded, only founded on profit for arms trader/creators.

@davidho There's been a recent study on the impact of nitrogen on CO2 emissions, that changes the math quite significantly. Mayhap more of note: Dr James Hansen has released a critical paper, just days ago from this post.
