@jason There’s no actual sync mechanism built into Mastodon correct?

It’s the one thing I can’t wait for. Especially if it’s done on the Mastodon end of things and clients automatically adjust to your last read.

@j I see some stuff in the developer docs about timeline marker positions, but I have not actually seen it work across platforms/clients.

@jason I assumed you had to build in support for it, it wasn’t always active (non-dev here if you couldn’t tell)
