Working bee at landcare, a few newbies showed up which was nice, one being an old chum who used to live locally but has moved into an apartment block overlooking Glebe Park in Civic; they bought it off the plan and moved in around 3 years ago, but the building was one of the unfortunate victims of flammable cladding, so 185 owners had to pay $15 million to reclad... faaarrrqqqq, there's something very wrong with the system there. Surely the developer should have paid, or been insured??? #cbr

@voltagex Not just Civic!! The Geocon apartment buildings in Woden are horrendous.

@sister_ratched @voltagex it is terrible that increased density is required for sustainability and affordability, but the quality of those dwellings is so poor.
