I’ve tried this using a bit of egg and it really helps. If you have egg in a carton it’s easy to use a fraction instead of wasting the rest.
I don’t really keep eggs on hand unless I’m planning some actual baking. But for those that do eat eggs regularly, your tip makes a lot of sense!
For what it’s worth, from making a lot of scrambled eggs, a tall mug is way better than a wide mug for heat distribution in a microwave.
