we can afford it but after electrician and hotel costs it's. rough. we don't even know how much it's gonna take to get the remnants of the tree off our property (and the city will fine us if we don't)

 just finished cleaning the freezer. that's nice at least, it's never empty enough to do that, and last power outage we did manage to keep most of our frozen stuff

@Kat  oh yeah i made panic stir fry last time and then didn't have anywhere to store all the stir fry and had to throw it away anyway

@exa and we morosely ate half a bowl of it due to stress but it was in fact good stir fry
