Owen Nelson@Sadsquatch I once made a very fancy grilled cheese and iirc it had maybe 3 cheeses to it, which I had to run through a food processor to create a cheese pate of sorts
@Sadsquatch I forget but it could have been gruyere, brie, and extra sharp cheddar
@Sadsquatch I was wrong. 2 types of cheese, brie and cheddar. No gruyere. There were shallots. There was meant to be white wine but I forgot to add it. The butter was melted and mixed with dijon mustard.
@Sadsquatch Going to make grilled cheese tomorrow. You sold me on it. I'm not going to do the high effort build, but it will still be grilled cheese.
