got tired of being sick, so despite the constant headache, I did some low-effort #homeBaking instead. The recipe was Hefezopf (yeast braid, a typical kind of sweet Easter bread in Germany), but I substituted the yeast with sourdough. It was low-effort, because it mainly consisted of waiting for the sourdough to do its thing 😁 (although the initial kneading was still a good cardio for my current state of fitness… 🥵)

This one got a good crust, but it's very tasty.
