Bas (Tools on Tech)@nomenloony While I get the idea from a theft protection standpoint. Let's face it, the amount of people that don't know/want to deregister a device is way higher then the chance of it being stolen.
@toolsontech it's more the point that this is a commercial company who don't charge low prices for second hand tech because we're supposed to trust them - they check all devices coming in and shouldn't be accepting them unless they're deregistered from the account. They won't accept locked to account iPhones and Locked Switch consoles (hence my Stolen Switch 2 being a pretty useless brick!)
