Chrysalis is pretty good. Also a litrpg. My spouse and I listen to it together. I’m pretty sure it’s not quite as good as Jeff Hayes and Annie Ellicot make it sound (I bet I wouldn’t be on book 7 if I were reading it instead of listening to it) but they do a great job.
Fair warning: it has a lot more of the “I need to get stronger” periods and “let’s go over our stats and talk about our choices” bits than Carl does.
