Democratic attorney Chandler Torbett says urgency and execution will define his campaign for state House in the 45th LD - NPI's Cascadia Advocate

Torbett is one of two challengers taking on State Representative Larry Springer for Position #2 in Washington State's 45th Legislative District, which includes neighborhoods of Redmond, NPI's hometown, Kirkland, and Sammamish, along with the entire City of Duvall.
