I've been having minor back problems lately and struggling to remember to do the dishes so I've been trying to learn to pace myself. Both for when and how long I should be doing them.

It's been going.
And that's as much as I can say, since I think it takes a month or longer for me to form good habits and I've been successfully doing it for at most a week or so.

But so far I have managed to get and keep on top of the dishes better than in recent past.

@Asimech I've recently started to very intentionally mix household tasks with software projects, so instead of staring at progress bars, I make little trips to the kitchen or the laundry corner.

(Been brushing up on Active Directory and that's a LOT of VM installations and reboots.)

@glennseto That has been my goal, though I have yet to manage to get into any software project such I can routinely do it.

Doesn't help that the one project on my mind is the trackpad and I know trying to program it without a way to test it immediately is going to drive me up the wall.

And I can't do any soldering for well over a month, because the one problem with this apartment is I can't ventilate well enough to solder indoors.
