@EdwinG None of the above? I've lived here for 30 years and pronounce it "Cal-gree" where "Cal" is pronounced like "AL" in "you can call me Al".

I've never heard people pronounce the first syllable "call" like "all".

@EdwinG Also, Alberta starts with the same "al" sound.
