I have opted out of such material via D2D, MPS and the DMA, but they appear to have ignored this.
marjorie_bark@MostlyTato All political parties have legal access to the full electoral roll. That's where RUK got your address. It's standard practice for parties to use that information for pre-election materials. Opting out of marketing lists has nothing to do with it.

But RefromUK Ltd isn't really a political party, its a political movement run by a private limited company that used to be The Brexit Party Ltd.
They may well have access to the electoral role, they may have a political message, but what they are sending is technically, as far as I can see given their structure, advertising.
