That is wheat or something alike depicted on the cap. So… vodka most probably.
Or beer.
Cap is non-characteristic for beer bottles. Plus wheat beer isn’t very widespread. Probability that it is from vodka is magnitudes higher. OP should tell the region. It’ll help.
Yes, the region would help. Here in Spain one litre bottles of beer with screw caps are quite common but most brands use red caps.
