alsvhaAir fried some chicken (spiced) and potatoes (just a bit of oil, salt, pepper). Simplicity but the potatoes are so danged delicious. Soft on the inside.

It's "dangerous" to air fry chicken breast meat cause it can quickly turn dry, so I usually give it a few minutes less than I think it need and let it rest.
