@fp32 Apple devices do not use LLMs (though they use ML algorithms) for their handwriting recognition. Expensive option perhaps, but shows itโ€™s possible.

@fp32 for example a lot of my alt text is immensely helped by the text recognition algorithms in it to the device. I donโ€™t have a device new enough for Apple Intelligence, so I can confidently say it doesnโ€™t use that.
