Roma, 21 mar. (askanews) - Una banale lite fra compagni di scuola, degenerata il giorno dopo in un accoltellamento per vendetta. E' quanto hanno ricostruito le indagini dei Carabinieri di Sesto San Giovanni che hanno dato esecuzione ad un'ordinanza di custodia cautelare in carcere nei confronti di tre giovani egiziani di 19, 16 e 15 anni, ritenuti responsabili dei reati di tentato omicidio, porto abusivo di arma da taglio e violenza privata, aggravati e in concorso.
I fatti risalgono a metà dicembre del 2025 all'interno del cortile di un istituto scolastico di Sesto San Giovanni. La vittima è uno studente 18enne, anch'egli di nazionalità egiziana. Dalle indagini, coordinate dai Sostituti Procuratori presso il Tribunale di Monza e della Procura presso il Tribunale per i Minorenni di Milano, è emerso che l'aggressione è riconducibile a un litigio tra gli studenti avvenuto il giorno prima a bordo di un autobus. Il quindicenne destinatario della misura di custodia cautelare in carcere, avrebbe organizzato come ritorsione un agguato ai danni del 18enne, sorpreso al termine delle lezioni, e accoltellato all'addome dal 19enne.
Da quanto accertato dagli inquirenti è tuttavia emerso che l'azione potrebbe essere stata caratterizzata da un errore di persona, essendo stata colpita una vittima diversa rispetto al reale obiettivo

Rome, March 21 (askanews) - A petty school dispute, which the following day escalated into a stabbing for revenge. This is what investigations by the Carabinieri of Sesto San Giovanni have reconstructed, which carried out an arrest warrant in prison against three 19, 16 and 15-year-old Egyptian youths, who are considered responsible for the crimes of attempted murder, possession of a bladed weapon, and aggravated battery, committed in concert.
The events date back to mid-December 2025 within the courtyard of a school in Sesto San Giovanni. The victim is an 18-year-old student, also of Egyptian nationality. Investigations, coordinated by the Substitute Public Prosecutors at the Court of Monza and the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Milan, revealed that the assault stemmed from a dispute between students that occurred the previous day on a bus. The 15-year-old subject of the precautionary custody order in prison, would have organized as retribution an attack on the 18-year-old, surprised after classes, and stabbed in the abdomen by the 19-year-old.
However, as ascertained by the investigators, the action may have been characterized by a mistaken identity, as a different victim was hit than the actual target.
