Looks like a miracle, my neighbours are not blasting their speakers, they seem to feed their dog, so it's not barking at odd hours & destroying my sleep.

Only brainless street dogs are making noise here.

I have never seen brainless idiots, cultivate brains and become civilized, unless they are pushed to the brink. Take #TVK, #DMK & #BJP for example, they can never have civil behaviour. This is an absolute miracle happening in my neighborhood & gives me peace.
