Well, I sauna 3-4 times a week for 45-60 mins at a time, usually after a 15 minute swim in the lake, and I absolutely love it. I don’t know about physical wellbeing, but it definitely boosts my mental health. I also value the human connections I make in the sauna. I’m not a particularly outgoing person, but there is definitely something about the intimate environment.
