šWhen life gives you lemons, make lemon poundcake
Police raided his house for no reason, found nothing, then he used footage of the raid recorded by his security cameras in several music videos.
So naturally they sued him for defamation, and recently lost their case.

Iām actually surprised he had so much cash.
Iāve known a few very wealthy people even 1 millionaire (it was the most stereotypical millionaire ever he was 100% sleeping with his secretary) and they never have cash on them. Their average weekly expenses are so high that they would never want to have to carry that much money around with them.
So itās sort of old that he had 5k just sitting in one of his pockets.
Well, IMO, thereās no shame in loosing your guard for a second or two when you perceive a delicious smell.
Thatās actually the only part of the entire thing the cop shouldnāt be ashamed of.
The guy in the bottom is the rapper Afroman. Heās most known for the song āBecause I got highā.
He lives in Ohio. Police raided his house looking for pot (probably because they they took his song seriously, which they shouldnāt have). He made a series of music videos using security footage complaining that they fucked up his house and broke shit for no reason at all, and the local police were so outraged and hurt by the public anger towards them that they sued Afroman for defamation for over a million dollars. The picture is from his court case, where a jury told them that was fucking bonkers, and agreed completely with his defense that he didnāt hurt their reputation by lying: they hurt their reputation by doing terrible shit on camera to an artist who told people what they did.
In 2003, the American singer and actress Barbra Streisand sued the photographer, Kenneth Adelman, and Pictopia.com for US$50 million for violation of privacy.[4][5][6] The lawsuit sought to remove Image 3850, labeled as āStreisand Estate, Malibuā, an aerial photograph in which Streisandās mansion was visible, from the publicly available California Coastal Records Project of 12,000 California coastline photographs. As the projectās goal was to document coastal erosion to influence government policymakers, privacy concerns of homeowners were deemed to be of minor or no importance.[7][8][9][10][11]
Hereās the picture. I donāt know why youāre making up bullshit.
And a hundred others. In public view. Not showing anything private. That was in a public database. That she sued someone for $50M because she didnāt like the criticism that she was callous to the environment.
Obvious nuisance SLAPP lawsuit.
Hope those billionaire boots taste good, at least.
I suppose their arguement is that they are the official government sanctioned privacy invaders and so what they do is ok.
If they hadnāt broken so much stuff and unnecessarily trashed the place they would probably have some sort of point.
Other replies neglected to mention that after Afroman released three or so videos about the raid itself and was initially sued, he started also making tracks about each of the officers involved in the suit.

(Still glad he won his case, tho).
You must be thinking of Tobias Funke
Speaking to AllHipHop, Afroman clarified, āIām not supporting him. I just met him. And yes, my campaign is full effect.ā He continued, āWe were both at the Libertarian National Conference trying to get nominated and get their votes and we saw each other.'ā
Context is important. This is from when Afroman ran for president.
āI was gonna eat your pussy, too. But then I got high.ā
True patriot. American hero. Stoner. Heās got my vote.
Does this mean we can mail pound cakes to these particular cops?
Likeā¦all of us, repeatedly, forever?
This is what a patriot looks like.
But Iām happy he won.
