I take no sides in this crazy #Tyrrants warfare. Damn one and damn them all. all parties to this war are f***d up #demagogues. The only sympathy I have is for the innocents caught in this gigantic murderous mess. Tyrants are bullies, bullies don’t care about anyone or anything but themselves, period. That’s what I said and I stand by it regardless.
It will be a cold day in hell before anyone convinves me that war is in any way beneficial to the human race and the planet itself. So called benefits derived from wars (plastics, teflon, technology, etc. can be arrived at through peaceful means by increasing R&D funding for one).
If I’ve misunderstood your toot, pplease let me know, but no one in this conflict is worse than the other.
For clarity, I am non-religious and do not believe in martyrdom.

@RaymondPierreL3 Yeah both sides are equally bad.. Ironically, Pete Hegseth's extreme Christian crusade is not much different from the Ayatollas'. He believes women should not be allowed to vote and that slavery was good.

Ahh, yes, you used the word ‘crusade’. Most apt. I recall thinking about the US fundamentalist christians seemingly running things over there and was reminded how like the Crusades of old the whole scene is. Back then it was a power conflict within Europe (Kings against Barons, Royal Houses against the Papacy and the power of the Church) that sent war-mongers and brainwashed people off to fight for ‘God’, for ‘Christ’ while those pulling the strings filled their pockets with gold. And those who did their bidding committed all sorts of abominable things in the name of christianity in the Middle East and near Middle East. Somethings just don’t change.
