I can't get over how outrageously high our utility bills are here in the Seattle area. I'm paying twice what I paid to keep a much larger house cool in the Oklahoma summer.

@kern Electricity is pretty cheap here compared to the national average, looks to be similar to OK. What's the main pain point, natural gas?
