I know I have several handhelds including the Steam Deck and Retroid Pocket 4 already.

But goddangit does the Miyoo Flip activate my highly specific "GBA Battle Network clamshell" that I didn't even know I had or wanted.

I really just want either a smol clamshell or vertical device that runs Linux

...if only because the small input lag I get from non-Steam Deck devices is starting to bother me now.
It's a real CRYING shame how few non-Android handheld stuff is out now.
@ThatOneSeong I hope the rising awareness about FEX's existence can lead to a new influx of ARM-based linux doodads and not just more of the same android handhelds. WIll be interesting to see which way the industry swings

@Acor3D Probably not likely, as a Linux base is considered either only for "low-powered" handhelds or, in the case of Retroid Pocket 5 specifically, a PR stunt that kinda sorta exploits community goodwill to do the work for them.

Which is a shame, as I LIKE the lean and mean environments they provide. Steam Deck is not only crazy fast, BUT low latency too. And while Android is *well-known* and versatile in terms of commercial app support, it also eats up memory and I can still feel some input lag even in best-case scenarios... Selectively, which debatably makes it worse.
