I'm running Home Assistant on my raspi and have one ethernet and one wifi connection to my FritzBox. HA is showing
LAN: IPv4 addr ...4 and IPv6 addr [::2].
WLAN: IPv4 addr ...5 and IPv6 addr [::3].
But my FritzBox is showing them as
LAN: IPv4 addr ...5 and IPv6 addr [::2].
WLAN: IPv4 addr ...4 and IPv6 addr [::3].

Eh what? I'm a bit puzzled. HA is using stable privacy extension.

On the literally bright side: I have my first esphome device up and running and can set the brightness and color of the onboard LED!
