Petition: Stop Google from limiting APK file usage

Lock would occur September 2026.

Seems some odd way of sideloading would exist, but not demonstrated as an actual feature yet... And would require a (one time) 24h wait before installing the app.

@geewhiz common misconception: the 24hr wait is one-time. you have to do that once to enable installing from unknown sources, and then after that it is as usual.
