Can I get up and move around the next day? Like go walk around and watch my friends run a 5k? What about two days afterwards?

I'm not going to be in a hurry. I'm not going to be lifting running or anything but walking. I can bring my own chair. Can I go do stuff?

@jojo I’ll just mention that both the urologist at Northwestern (who I didn’t use) and Rush (who I did) said I could walk around the next day normally. I think I just pushed it a little too hard (also doc said it’s unclear if that’s what caused the hematoma)
