zompus@pretergeek In Civilization game terms looks like they're going for a cultural victory. Not that they generated the culture but they're trying to own all of it and collect all the culture points.
Pretergeek@zompus I miss that version of Civ where you could gain territory through culture or influence without combat. Nearby cities would just turn to your side. I think it was Civ4? Not sure.
@pretergeek I forget which Civ that was as well. But you can definitely do that in Galactic Civilzations II, I was playing that last week.
