GrapheneOSGrapheneOS will remain usable by anyone around the world without requiring personal information, identification or an account. GrapheneOS and our services will remain available internationally. If GrapheneOS devices can't be sold in a region due to their regulations, so be it.

Flashing custom ROMs on Samsung devices was never particular joyful given Samsung's Odin. And Samsung is shutting the door of bootloader locking. 😑 However, and depending on your use case (Say for example only saving notes offline and making photos, and not using LTE or WiFi) Replicant project may be useful for you for really old and cheap refurbished Samsung phones.
