@krst Canada Post is supposed to self-financing. Last year, it ran into financial trouble so Ottawa "spent" $2B on a one-time handout. Ottawa at this point is not contemplating such a handout. Hence 98% drop in govt spending on Canada Post. Doesn't Canada Post's budget has dropped as much.
