Continuing to mess with this realizing:
1) I have totally let my times tables languish 💀
2) you can check your math far better with this approach
3) I really need to make my 1s and 2s clearer
4) It really lets you see just how big the math you are doing is, it really starts to shine when your result tips over the millions and billions.

Being able to multiple numbers going into the trillions is wild.
I don't even want imagine what this would have looked like in the long multiplication form.
Same there isn't an equally as nice way to do division. Having implemented arbitrary length division in the past, every solution is very degrees of "slow" to "insane".

@andnull playing with Kaktovik numerals atm, mine is add+, sub+, div+, mult- (or ~, there are simple tables.) Will post soon.

But your system sure does sound fun! I wonder if I can adapt it to Kaktovik numerals, having base-20, graphical calculations, and graphical structures.
