USB-C KVM installed and working, switching between a #Windows11 laptop and #MacMini, now sharing a monitor with built in webcam, USB hub, and thus mouse and #MechanicalKeyboard(s).

Takes about 7~8s to switch (assuming both computers are already awake), not great but still a massive improvement over cable juggling.
