and I question the utility of this third additional unit
turmoni@firefly I think every digital kitchen scale I've owned has done ml, and I've never understood why, other than parity with lbs and fl oz
@turmoni wait right, good point... I didn't even think carefully about the imperial unit used here, that's not even mass either!
in fact I can't seem to put it into lbs (although it looks like the LCD has markings for "lb")
