@lostdoco @decryption kinda, if you know where to look. Grab a pack of 1mL insulin syringes with needles from your friendly pharmacist. After you’ve hit 4 doses from the pen, there’s a heap left below the bottom of the plunger. Stick the needle of the syringe into the soft bit in the middle where the screw-on needle normally goes and draw up 0.6mL which is the dose delivered when you turn the knob to 1. It might go slower than you think because the syringe is fighting against the drag of the plunger inside the pen, but it does go. Once you’ve drawn up 0.6mL, remove the syringe, flick and remove any air bubbles. Up to this point you haven’t lost anything and you can practice as much as you like until you feel comfortable that there’s no bubbles and 0.6mL of liquid in it. Inject to the same areas as normal, hold the needle in for 10 seconds as normal.
