This circular dialogue has been occurring a lot in my life recently, and the don't want to scenario has won too frequently.

start really, really small. get yourself dressed and ready to go on the bike.

only committing to that. mission accomplished if you can do that.

if you still don't want to, don't. let yourself off the hook. but just see how it feels to be ready to do it.

@miclgael @MrAndrewD also tell yourself you'll just go for a 10min ride and give yourself permission to only do that 10mins.
