I fucking love ceviche. Not sure I like “cheap shrimp” ceviche, but I’d give it a try if you invited me. I think you might have inspired me to do the same this weekend. You just use lime juice?
It was BOGO at a local grocery store. Hard to turn down. Also not a Walmart, so at least fairly respectable.
