Hey Fedifolk, is there a (simple, cheap/free) alternative to Google Forms? I need to get a signup sheet going and I’d rather not use Google.

@drahardja cryptpad has forms alternative. I've used it a few times, just find a public instance near you.

Very different from google forms but also effective

However it may not meet your specific need as it operates on a single sign in etc (maybe options exist have not checked)
