Placing my left on your belly, I'd first get a sense of balance based off your belly's squish vectors, and then begin scratching there too! From one side to the other I'd go, scratchy scratchy scratchy... Eventually working my way up your neck, and finishing with a boop to your nose and a lightly slimy mlem!*
