if you do not co-operate, bombs will rain.
if you co-operate, bombs will rain.

conclusion, every rogue state starts their own nuclear and military program, and it's only guarantee for something anyway.

@zetabeta Not only that. The US will also attack you during negotiations, by the same person that tore up a previously negotiated agreement no less, so why negotiate at all. If you're going to be attack either way, you may as well refuse to negotiate and develop nukes.
