i feel as if i should state this is a horrible manner to experience undertale for the first time
the dummy battle took two full seconds to load in
though i think most of the slowdown is coming from the fact that this is from an hdd

downloading to the drive is even more abbysmal, i have half a mind to download it on the computer and just play it from the smb share but that wouldnt be as funny as doing it all from smb

update: ive given up and used steamcmd to download from the server
going well so far

did not work
it shoved it all into one directory
