If I had to guess there's maybe 2-3 lbs of copper in these cables, and that's assuming they are copper and not aluminum.
That and this is the funnier option.

@mori I took a bunch to a local recycler and they actually paid a fair amount for them. The downside is they need ID. Probably because of all the copper thefts.
