Quelques mois après mon swich de #Spotify à #Deezer (en freemium), je me suis décidé à prendre un abonnement sur #Tidal !

Les aventages sont multiples ; prix compétitifs, une des meilleures rémunération des artistes, service européen et j'en passe...

@jonxion Tidal may appear as a European company, but it is 86% owned by Block Inc, a US company.

From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tidal_(service)

“In June, 2022, through the disclosure of the annual stockholder meeting 2022, Block reported that the stake acquired in the Tidal music service was 86.8%.”

@t3rcermillenium Ok, thanks for this information. I suppose that's also the case with Spotify. Which platform do you think is the best?

@jonxion I struggle with that question :-)

I’m currently 4 months into an annual subscription for #qobuz. The music selection is good (I haven’t noticed anything missing from their catalog). However the app (iOS) can be a bit buggy. But the app is clean and uncluttered, and the hi-res music quality is comparable to Tidal’s offering.

I stumbled on Qobuz because #deezer wasn’t working well with the VPN on my phone.

Overall happy with Qobuz.
